In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered June 28 against Allen George Smith of Grand Junction in a case initiated in district court. Smith pleaded guilty to a charge of assault- simple, amended from assault causing bodily or injury. He was placed on informal probation. He must pay a $150 fine with a $52.50 surcharge. Smith must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $127.20 court costs.
A judgment was entered against Amelia Marie Kennedy of Grand Junction in a case initiated in district court. Kennedy pleaded guilty to a charge of assault- simple, amended from assault causing serious injury. She was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. She must also pay $700 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $100 court costs.
A case was initiated against Gary Lee Bundy Jr of Rippey on a charge of domestic abuse assault- first offense.
